USE OF FAMICYBER SOFTWARE
Famicyber software is designed to monitor and track devices you own or have explicit permission to monitor. Installing the software on a device you do not own or without the explicit consent of the device owner is illegal. Please be aware that monitoring certain individuals may be subject to specific legal restrictions depending on your location. Always review and comply with applicable laws before using Famicyber.
LICENSE GRANT
Famicyber grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, access, and use the software on a single device. You may not install or use Famicyber on multiple devices simultaneously unless otherwise authorized. You are permitted to create a single backup copy for personal use, provided it retains all copyright and proprietary notices.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Famicyber retains full ownership of the software, including all associated intellectual property rights. This software is licensed to you, not sold. You are granted a limited license to use it according to the terms of this agreement, and all rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Famicyber.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software in any way. The software is intended solely for personal use and may not be rented, leased, sublicensed, or used for commercial purposes. You are not permitted to transfer this EULA or the rights to use the software to any third party, except when transferring a device with the software pre-installed (in which case, the software must remain intact along with this EULA).
SOFTWARE UPDATES
Famicyber may provide software updates, patches, or enhancements. These updates will be subject to the same terms and conditions as this EULA unless otherwise indicated.
DATA COLLECTION CONSENT
By using Famicyber, you consent to the collection of certain usage and diagnostic data as detailed in our Privacy Policy. This data may be used to improve the software’s functionality and user experience.
INTERNET REQUIREMENTS
Certain features of Famicyber require an active internet connection. Additional charges may apply based on your data plan.
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
The software is subject to export control laws and regulations. By using the software, you agree to comply with these laws and regulations, including those related to the export of software from your country.
TERMINATION OF LICENSE
This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the software and remove all copies from your devices.
NO WARRANTY
Famicyber provides the software “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Famicyber is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the software, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from loss of data or interruptions in service.
GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes relating to this agreement will be subject to the courts in your local jurisdiction, unless Famicyber seeks injunctive relief in another jurisdiction.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Famicyber. If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
